Techfinity Monster is the public brand of TECHFINITY MONSTER PRIVATE LIMITED. These Terms and Conditions apply to this website, Techfinity Monster service pages, inquiry forms, free review requests, proposal discussions and general communication with TECHFINITY MONSTER PRIVATE LIMITED.

These Terms and Conditions do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work, invoice terms, data processing agreement, non-disclosure agreement or other written contract between you and TECHFINITY MONSTER PRIVATE LIMITED. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that project.

Techfinity Monster publishes information about AI agents, AI chatbots, WhatsApp automation, AI telecalling agents, websites, ecommerce systems, custom software, video workflows and social media growth systems. Website content is general information and does not create a client engagement by itself.

TECHFINITY MONSTER PRIVATE LIMITED starts billable work only after scope, price, payment schedule, dependencies and acceptance process are agreed in writing. A free review, discovery call or proposal discussion does not guarantee results, rankings, ad performance, leads, sales, WhatsApp approval, Meta verification or platform access.

You are responsible for giving Techfinity Monster accurate business information, lawful content, clear approvals, required access, correct credentials, timely feedback and rights to use the data, brand assets, images, scripts, customer examples, product details and documents you provide.

You must not ask TECHFINITY MONSTER PRIVATE LIMITED to build, publish, automate or promote anything that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, spam-like, unsafe, harmful, discriminatory, privacy-invasive or against the rules of Meta, WhatsApp, Google, hosting providers, payment providers, AI providers or any other platform involved in the project.

Techfinity Monster builds AI-assisted systems. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased or unsuitable for a specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content, chatbot replies, voice agent scripts, classifications, summaries, automations and recommendations before relying on them for important decisions.

TECHFINITY MONSTER PRIVATE LIMITED may recommend human approval steps for customer-facing messages, medical, legal, financial, hiring, credit, property, education, regulated-industry, high-value or irreversible actions. If you choose to remove those controls, you accept the operational and legal risk of that decision.

Techfinity Monster does not provide legal, medical, tax, investment, accounting or regulated professional advice unless a separate written agreement says otherwise and an appropriately qualified professional is involved.

Prices shown on the Techfinity Monster website are indicative starting points unless stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on scope, content readiness, product count, integrations, AI model usage, hosting, third-party subscriptions, urgency, revisions and support expectations.

Unless a written scope says otherwise, domain registration, hosting fees, paid plugins, AI API usage, WhatsApp/Meta fees, Google Ads spend, payment gateway fees, stock assets, third-party software subscriptions, taxes and government charges are billed separately from TECHFINITY MONSTER PRIVATE LIMITED service fees.

Change requests, extra pages, extra integrations, additional revisions, new automation logic, new datasets, production support, emergency work and out-of-scope tasks may require a revised quote, additional payment or a new timeline.

Techfinity Monster may work with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Google, Gemini, OpenAI, hosting platforms, payment gateways, analytics tools, CRMs, email tools and other third-party services. Those services are controlled by their own providers, not by TECHFINITY MONSTER PRIVATE LIMITED.

TECHFINITY MONSTER PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for third-party downtime, review delays, account restrictions, ad disapprovals, API changes, pricing changes, policy enforcement, data export limits, verification failures or loss of access caused by those providers.

You must follow the terms and policies of every third-party service connected to a Techfinity Monster project.

The Techfinity Monster website, brand marks, layouts, copy, graphics, service descriptions, internal methods, reusable components, templates, prompts, workflow patterns and know-how belong to TECHFINITY MONSTER PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For client deliverables, ownership or usage rights transfer only as stated in the written scope and after agreed payments are received. TECHFINITY MONSTER PRIVATE LIMITED may retain rights in reusable code, general methods, libraries, templates, frameworks, non-client-specific automations and pre-existing materials.

You retain ownership of your business content and materials that you provide to Techfinity Monster, subject to the license needed for TECHFINITY MONSTER PRIVATE LIMITED to perform the requested work.

TECHFINITY MONSTER PRIVATE LIMITED will use reasonable care with non-public client information shared for a project. Stronger confidentiality, NDA, access control or data handling terms should be agreed in writing before sensitive material is shared with Techfinity Monster.

Techfinity Monster may refer to completed work in proposals, portfolio material, social posts or case studies only where this is allowed by the client agreement, permission, confidentiality obligations or public availability of the work.

TECHFINITY MONSTER PRIVATE LIMITED works to deliver practical, high-quality AI and software systems, but Techfinity Monster does not guarantee sales, leads, ad return, search ranking, follower growth, platform approval, WhatsApp display name approval, Meta business verification, API limits, customer behavior or uninterrupted operation of third-party services.

Any timelines are estimates unless expressly stated as fixed in a written agreement. Delays can occur due to pending content, approvals, access, payments, platform reviews, third-party issues, bugs, unclear feedback or changes in scope.

You may not misuse the Techfinity Monster website, forms, email, WhatsApp number or services. Prohibited activity includes scraping, spam, phishing, malware, credential abuse, attempts to bypass security, impersonation, harassment, unlawful data collection, infringement and attempts to overload or disrupt our systems.

TECHFINITY MONSTER PRIVATE LIMITED may refuse, pause or terminate work if a request creates legal, security, platform, reputation, non-payment or abuse risk.

The Techfinity Monster website is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TECHFINITY MONSTER PRIVATE LIMITED disclaims implied warranties relating to website availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TECHFINITY MONSTER PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, discussions with Techfinity Monster, third-party platforms or project work.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the aggregate liability of TECHFINITY MONSTER PRIVATE LIMITED will be limited to the amount paid by you to TECHFINITY MONSTER PRIVATE LIMITED for the specific service that gave rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different limit.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory legal rule, courts in Delhi, India will have jurisdiction over disputes involving the Techfinity Monster website or TECHFINITY MONSTER PRIVATE LIMITED.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact TECHFINITY MONSTER PRIVATE LIMITED at hello@techfinitymonster.com so both sides can try to resolve the issue in good faith.

TECHFINITY MONSTER PRIVATE LIMITED may update these Terms and Conditions when Techfinity Monster changes services, pricing structure, tools, platform requirements, legal requirements or business processes. The updated version will be posted on this page.
